House Rental Rates and availability

A deposit of 50% of the total balance is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is required within 8 weeks of the arrival date.
Cottage Rates (Saturday to Saturday)

Minimum 3 nights stay, except during Christmas season when a minimum of 1 week is required. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
An additional $70 fee is required for the final cleaning.
LONG TERM RENTAL (utilities included)
$2200 – $2500 per month, depending on the month (contact us for a quotation)
