If a cancellation is requested more than eight weeks in advance of the rental, the balance of any monies paid, less a $100 administration fee, will be returned to the renter.
If a cancellation is requested within the eight weeks prior to the rental, the owner will retain the 50% rental deposit and return the balance of rental fee paid, less a $100 administration fee.
In the event of no cancellation request or no-show, the owner will retain all of the balance of the rental fee paid.
